3rd International Conference ‘Civil Protection, Rescue, and Humanitarian Aid’ – Invitation
The 3rd International Conference ‘Civil Protection, Rescue, and Humanitarian Aid’ offers a unique platform for dialogue among experts, academics, representatives of public administration, emergency services, non-governmental organizations, and local community leaders. This year’s edition will focus on summarizing the first year of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Act’s operation and assessing its impact on the safety of people, animals, and property.
In the face of dynamically changing threats – from humanitarian crises and natural disasters to cyber threats and hybrid challenges – the conference will serve as a forum for exchanging experiences, best practices, and modern solutions in civil protection, rescue, and crisis management. The program will include topics such as social resilience, protective infrastructure, the use of new technologies, and the role of local governments and social organizations in building security.
This is the third edition of the conference organized jointly by the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw and the Main School of Fire Service – an event that has become a permanent fixture in the calendar of debates dedicated to contemporary challenges in civil protection, rescue, and public safety.
