Exchange

Before departure, the student is required to:

•  agree on the Learning Agreement with the programme director,
  and then submit it for acceptance by the mobility coordinator;
• select courses appropriate for the programme of study being pursued;
•  inform the Student Section of participation in the exchange;
•  complete all formalities required by:
  – the faculty coordinator,
  – the host institution.

During the exchange, the student is required to:

• complete the programme of study in accordance with the approved Learning Agreement;
• obtain 30 ECTS credits per semester (unless the programme regulations state otherwise);
• register for and complete the diploma seminar (if applicable);
• uphold the good name of the University of Warsaw 

After completing the exchange, the student is required to:

• settle the exchange by providing a transcript of records from the partner institution.
