As a student in the Labor Market Organization program, you will gain knowledge about the functioning of the Polish and European labor markets and the mechanisms that shape them. You will master the fundamentals of economics and sociology. You will learn about the legal and financial instruments of labor market policy, as well as the operating principles of key labor market institutions.

You will gain practical skills in researching and analyzing social realities, diagnosing and monitoring the labor market, and designing solutions for both individuals and groups.

You will also learn about the challenges the job market presents to individuals, such as the need to acquire new skills, choose and change career paths, develop teamwork skills, and organize team work. You will develop skills in human resources management, career counseling, vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities, job placement, and collaboration with European organizations that support labor market initiatives.

You will be prepared to pursue a master’s degree in the social sciences.
