Applications for semester-long study programs with an Erasmus+ scholarship in partner countries
On the Office of International Cooperation’s website:
The rules for the competition regarding study abroad programs in partner countries have been published.
As part of the competition, undergraduate and graduate students may apply for scholarships to the following universities:
- University of Tirana – Tirana, Albania
- University of Sarajevo – Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
- National Autonomous University of Mexico – Mexico City, Mexico
- Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University – Tbilisi, Georgia
- Airlangga University – Surabaya, Indonesia
- Te Herenga Waka | Victoria University of Wellington – Wellington, New Zealand
- National Taiwan University – Taipei, Taiwan
Basic eligibility criteria for undergraduate and graduate students:
- grade point average (minimum 3.49) and no conditional passes or repeats of the stage
- Proficiency in English (or Spanish, in the case of Mexico) at a minimum B2 level, confirmed by an appropriate certificate in accordance with the requirements specified for the given country and level of study
What documents do I need to prepare?
- cover letter in English (for Mexico—in Spanish)
- a transcript showing the grade point average for the 2024/25 academic year issued by the registrar’s office/dean’s office;
- a document certifying proficiency in English at a level of at least B2 (for Mexico: proficiency in Spanish at a level of at least B2)
- Statement regarding previous participation in exchange programs
- Application for Permission to Study Abroad
- research proposal in English (for doctoral students only); for a fellowship to Mexico, a research proposal in Spanish
Interested students are asked to submit a complete set of documents as scanned copies via email to erasmusbwz@uw.edu.pl by September 19, 2025, at 16:00.
