Author meeting with Prof. Zbigniew Siemiątkowski entitled “The Art of Intelligence”
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The venue will be the Czarnowski Hall, located on the ground floor of the building at Krakowskie Przedmieście 3, which belongs to the University of Warsaw. The meeting will be moderated by Prof. Aleksandra Gasztold. Prof. Zbigniew Siemiątkowski has invited Dr. Bolesław Piasecki to the meeting.
The meeting will provide an opportunity for an in-depth debate on the role of intelligence in a modern state, on the relationship between operational secrecy and democratic oversight of security institutions, and on the importance of information and strategic analysis in decision-making processes in contemporary security policy.
