Become the Youth Delegate of the Republic of Poland to the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly

The Chairman of the Public Benefit Committee, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced a call for applications in the competition for the “Youth Delegate of the Republic of Poland to the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly” in New York. This is a unique opportunity for students and young leaders to represent Poland’s voice on the international stage.
The aim of the competition is to select a person who will join the official delegation of the Republic of Poland to the UN General Assembly session and will actively participate in work on behalf of youth.
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Citizenship: Polish.
  • Age: born between 1 January 1998 and 1 August 2008.
  • Languages: fluent command of Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Experience: documented activity in the area of public benefit (volunteering, cooperation with NGOs, etc.).
  • No criminal record and full enjoyment of civil rights.

A key element of the application is the preparation of a draft speech in English on the topic:
“Social resilience as a pillar of security: the role of young people in strengthening resilience and effective crisis response”
The deadline for submitting applications is 31 January 2026.
The selection of the delegate takes place in three stages:
Stage I: Substantive evaluation of applications and selection of max. 12 persons.
Stage II: Qualification interview in English (selection of 5 finalists).
Stage III: Final selection made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
