Bilateral Exchanges – Winter Semester 2025/2026 – Application Period Begins
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We would like to inform you that we are now accepting applications for trips as part of the bilateral exchange program for the winter semester of the academic year. 2025/2026.
Documents will be accepted from January 10, 2025, through January 20, 2025. The list of required documents is available HERE.
A list of countries and universities available in the current admissions cycle is available HERE.
- Please note that you must have a language certificate that meets the requirements of the host university.
- First-year students in a bachelor’s degree program may participate in the admissions process only with the prior approval of the program director.
- Each person selected for the trip is considered provisionally selected until the host university provides written confirmation of admission to the program.
- As a general rule, the exchange program does not include a scholarship. Some participating universities offer financial support to students.
Every student is required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations on Bilateral Exchange Programs at WNPISM
Please submit your documents IN PERSON only.
Documents are accepted at the Section for International Cooperation and Research Programs, Room 309 in the Auditorium Building, during the Section’s business hours (Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
Documents that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The results of the admissions process will be announced on January 27, 2025.
