Competition for the Dr. Paweł Stępka Award – 2026 Edition
The National Broadcasting Council, in cooperation with the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies and the Faculty of Journalism, Information and Book Studies, invites participation in the 15th edition of the Competition for the Dr. Paweł Stępka Award.
The aim of the Competition is to honour outstanding doctoral dissertations and scientific and popular science publications dedicated to electronic media. The Award commemorates Dr. Paweł Stępka – a respected media expert and employee of the National Broadcasting Council – and promotes an innovative and pioneering approach to media research.
We invite individuals who have obtained a doctoral degree, as well as authors of valuable publications meeting the criteria specified in the Competition Regulations, to participate. The deadline for submissions is March 31, 2026.
Applications can be submitted electronically to: kapituła@krrit.gov.pl or by traditional mail to the address of the National Broadcasting Council Office located at Skwer kard. S. Wyszyńskiego 9 in Warsaw.
