Dear Sir or Madam,
We are announcing the opening of the application period for exchange programs under the Erasmus+ program for the 2025–2026 academic year.
- Documents may be submitted from February 5 to 24, 2024.
- Detailed admission requirements for the 2025/2026 academic year are available HERE
- As part of the Erasmus+ mobility program, students are eligible for a stipend of 600 or 670 euros (depending on the country).
You can select up to three universities from the list of partner universities, which is available HERE
Students must submit:
- Erasmus+ application form with a photo
- Resume
- Motivation letter
- Proof of foreign language proficiency in accordance with the host university’s requirements (language certificate)
- A certificate from the Student Affairs Office containing information on:
– the GPA from the previous stage of study
– the previous academic year having been successfully completed
– all payments having been made - Statement Regarding Participation in the Erasmus Program in Previous Years

Application documents must be submitted in person only, in Room 309 (Auditorium Building, UW Main Campus) during the Section’s office hours (Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
The results of the admissions process will be announced no later than February 28, 2025.
