Erasmus+ and Bilateral Exchanges 2025/2026 – Information Session
Dear Sir or Madam,
In connection with the upcoming application period for study abroad opportunities under the Erasmus+ program and bilateral exchanges for the 2025/2026 academic year, we would like to cordially invite you to information sessions.
During the meetings, we’ll talk about:
What is the admissions process like at the Department,
Which countries can you travel to?
What requirements must be met,
How to prepare for a trip and how to file a reimbursement claim upon your return.
We have organized two events for you:
Information session for students interested in study abroad programs under bilateral agreements – January 8, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. The session will be held online via Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/piu-uebw-kfg. (Please join the meeting using an email address from the student domain.)
Information session for students interested in studying abroad through the Erasmus+ program — January 14, 2025, at 4:45 p.m. The session will take place in person in the auditorium of the building at Nowy Świat 69 (ground floor).
These meetings are designed to help you prepare for the admissions process and student exchange programs, so we encourage you to attend and ask questions. If there is sufficient interest, we can also organize an additional meeting in late January.
