On behalf of the European Commission Representation in Warsaw, as part of the EU Careers Roadshow initiative, we are organizing a series of meetings dedicated to opportunities for paid internships and careers in European Union institutions.
The first meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 24, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Representation’s office (ul. Jasna 14/16a in Warsaw). The event will be led by: Wojciech Wysocki – Deputy Director of the EC Representation in Poland, and Dr. Filip Skawiński – Deputy Director of the Political Section of the EC Representation and a long-time political analyst.
The meeting will include a presentation and a Q&A session. The event will conclude with a simple quiz, modeled on actual tests used in competitions for positions in EU institutions. Participants who achieve the highest scores will receive an invitation to the EU Careers Roadshow Final, which will take place on September 23-24, 2026, at our headquarters in Warsaw. Participation in this event will equip attendees with practical knowledge on how to effectively apply for various employment opportunities offered by EU institutions. Accommodation, meals, and travel costs for the final will be covered by the organizers.
One of the reasons for organizing this series is the persistent shortage of Polish staff in EU institutions. Therefore, we are undertaking intensive efforts to address this situation. The current circumstances are exceptionally favorable for candidates from Poland in recruitment processes.
We cordially invite you to participate in the meetings.
