Meeting of the Stakeholder Council of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science at the University of Warsaw
On June 25, a meeting of the Stakeholder Council of the Faculty of Management Sciences at the University of Warsaw was held. The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the Faculty’s cooperation with the socio-economic environment and to set the direction for future activities to be carried out jointly by the academic community and the business sector.
During the meeting, representatives of the Faculty’s three disciplines—security studies, political science and public administration, and international relations—held separate meetings focused on opportunities for collaboration with external partners. The discussions focused, among other things, on developing the curriculum, organizing internships and practical training, and, above all, carrying out joint research projects.
Members of the scientific discipline councils identified the most important development priorities, and business representatives responded to these proposals with great interest. The meeting resulted in the ideas for future joint ventures being clarified and made more concrete.
We would like to thank the members of the Stakeholder Council for their attendance, commitment, and inspiring discussion. We believe that the areas of cooperation identified during the meeting will lead to valuable projects that bridge the gap between theory and practice.
