New publication: “Towards a FIMI Resilience Council in Poland: Research and Progress”
The Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw, in collaboration with the Łukasiewicz – PORT Research Network of the Polish Center for Technology Development, has published a monograph authored by the former Polish ambassador to Estonia and Slovakia and the Polish chargé d’affaires in Finland, Tomasz Chłoń and Dr. Robert Kupiecki, Ph.D., professor. The publication offers an important contribution to the discussion on the security of the state’s cyberspace.
This report was prepared as one of the outcomes of the SAUFEX project. In it, the authors present the results of research on the functioning of Resilience Councils as multilateral platforms for cooperation (public-private-NGO) that have been successfully used in other countries to strengthen social resilience.
