Professor Anna Wojciuk, a member of our department, has been appointed to the rank of professor—a tremendous success

During the ceremony on July 3, the President of Poland presented the letters of appointment as professors. Prof. Anna Wojciuk, a representative of our department, received her letter of appointment as a professor of social sciences in the field of international relations.

Prof. Anna Wojciuk specializes in the theory of international relations, particularly in issues related to power and institutions in international relations, the evolution of the international order, international security, decentralization, and multilevel governance.

 

For years, the professor has combined her academic work with international and expert activities. She has directed research projects funded by the National Science Center (NCN) and conducted research at institutions including Harvard University, Columbia University, Cornell University, the European University Institute in Florence, and Sciences Po in Paris. She has also lectured at universities abroad, including the University of Copenhagen, Aarhus University, and the University of Barcelona.
