Recruitment for International Exchange Programs 2026/2027 / Recruitment for International Exchange Programs 2026/2027

[English version below]

Dear Students,

In light of the upcoming application period for study abroad programs, we would like to cordially invite you to the following information sessions:

Both meetings will be held in a hybrid format you will have the option to join online or attend in person. The meetings will not be recorded.

We have prepared a form for you where you can already enter any questions you may have about the exchange—we strongly encourage you to fill it out before the information session. This will allow us to provide you with the most useful information and answer your questions as effectively as possible.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that this year we will conduct a single joint application process for all study abroad programs—Erasmus+, the Swiss European Mobility Program, and bilateral exchanges. At the information sessions, you will receive information regarding all of these types of mobility programs. The planned period for accepting application materials is February 2–6, 2026.

We have already posted an updated list of partner universities under the Erasmus+ and Swiss European Mobility Program for the 2026/2027 academic year on our department’s website: https://wspolpraca.wnpism.uw.edu.pl/erasmus-student/uczelnie-erasmus/.

There you will find universities to which you can apply during the upcoming admissions cycle, along with the number of available spots and the language requirements for admission to the respective departments. The table also includes guidance on the types of language certificates accepted by partner universities—please be sure to verify the language requirements set by the host universities on your own.

We would also like to inform you that the updated list of universities available under bilateral agreements is now available and has been published on the Faculty’s website: Where Can I Study Abroad?

See you in January 🙂
