Research Seminar: “The Socio-Economic Situation of Seniors Based on Research and Practice”

On behalf of the Committee on Labour Sciences and Social Policy of the Polish Academy of Sciences and our faculty, we invite you to a research seminar entitled “The Socio-Economic Situation of Seniors Based on Research and Practice”. The aim of the seminar is to present current research findings and practical experiences concerning the social, economic, and health situation of older persons, as well as the responses of rural municipalities to these issues. The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the challenges of social policy in the context of population ageing processes.

The seminar will take place on 26 February 2026 (Thursday) from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in online format and requires mandatory registration. The organiser will provide access to the meeting on the Google Meets platform according to the list of registered participants.
