Simulation of the EU Trilogues
as part of the RISE-EU project

RISE-EU is an educational project developed by Prof. Ginevra Greco (University of Milan), a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations under the 4EU+ program. Its goal is to immerse students in the decision-making process of the European Union, with a particular focus on trilogues.
Through realistic simulations of the work of the European Commission, the European Parliament, and the Council of the EU, participants negotiate, draft proposals, and learn how EU law is made—while developing key competencies in diplomacy, teamwork, and public policy-making.
This is a unique opportunity to get to know the European Union “from the inside.”
