The Office of International Relations has published the guidelines for studying abroad for a portion of the summer semester of the 2025/26 academic year. Please note that this application round is university-wide—students may apply for spots that have not been filled at other UW units.
Who can participate?
- a student who has completed at least one year of a bachelor’s degree program
- with a minimum average grade of 3.49 (no more than one course may be graded as a pass/fail)
- demonstrate proficiency in the language required by the foreign university.
Note: Individuals who participated in the first (winter) round are not eligible to participate.
What you’ll need:
- the UW BWZ application form, indicating the choice of university and providing justification for that choice, signed by the mobility coordinator from the home institution
- a certificate showing the grade point average for the most recent academic year completed
- Certificate stating that there are no conditions or the number of courses passed with conditions
- a document certifying proficiency in the foreign language required by the foreign university
- Statement regarding previous study abroad experiences under Erasmus+ and/or Erasmus Mundus
Documents will be accepted until October 15, 2025, exclusively as scanned copies sent in a single email from a University of Warsaw (UW) email address to erasmusbwz@uw.edu.pl
Due to limited funding, the scholarship will be awarded to the first 80 applicants who submit a complete set of documents. Students are also entitled to a lump-sum travel allowance.
