The “Your Mind—Your Strength” Guide, produced by the University of Warsaw Psychological Counseling Center
Studying and working aren’t always associated with only positive emotions—sometimes stress and difficulties arise. That’s why we’d like to remind you that the University of Warsaw offers a free guide titled “Your Mind—Your Strength.” The publication was created as part of a campaign carried out by the University of Warsaw’s Psychological Assistance Center and contains practical tips on taking care of your mental health and building mental resilience.
