Transcript of Records (list of grades)
The Transcript of Records is a list of all courses in which the student participated during the exchange, along with the credits obtained and grades awarded according to the grading scale used at the host institution. Grades are converted based on the Learning Agreement; courses not included in the LA agreement will not be taken into account.
Submission of Transcript of Records
Upon receiving the Transcript of Records from the host institution, send it along with the final version of the Learning Agreement via email to the Faculty Coordinator of WNPiSM, entering the following in the subject line:
Bilateral Transcript of Records [Your Name and Surname] to the address swzmpb@uw.edu.pl
Course Recognition
Course Recognition
Courses completed during the exchange are considered valid if they are related to the field of study and were previously approved by the mobility coordinator for the exchange program.
In case of doubt, the final decision on course recognition is made by the Head of Studies (signature/initials on the so-called Transcript of Records and indication of any curriculum differences to be completed).
