Settlement of Your Exchange
After receiving the Transcript of Records from the host university, send it together with the final version of the Learning Agreement by email to the Faculty Coordinator of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, entering in the subject field:
End of Erasmus Mobility [Your Name and Surname] to the address swzmpb@uw.edu.pl
At the same time, settle the exchange with the International Relations Office.
Transcript of Records
The Transcript of Records is a list of all courses in which you participated during the exchange, together with the number of credits obtained and grades awarded according to the grading scale used at the host university. Grades are converted based on the Learning Agreement – courses that are not included in the LA agreement will not be taken into account.
Grade Conversion
Grades are converted based on the ECTS grading scale, which facilitates the conversion of grades you obtained during your exchange at another university.
