STA Mobilities – Erasmus+

Teaching Mobility (STA)
Teaching mobility for staff (STA) under the Erasmus+ programme may be carried out at a foreign partner university of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies (the Faculty must have a signed agreement with the given university). For teaching mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme, please contact the Faculty Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator.  

Each academic teacherprovided they have not received an STA grant from the KA171 project, may take advantage of one STA mobility under the KA131 project in the period from 1 September 2025 to 31 July 2026.

Mobility Procedure (STA)

  • download the necessary documents: mobility application form, individual teaching programme, declaration of planned travel, leave application
  • contact the host institution and arrange an individual teaching programme – a minimum of 8 teaching hours is required
  • obtain the signature of the host institution on the “individual teaching programme” document
  • submit the above documents to the International Relations Office (no later than 5 weeks before the planned mobility)
  • the documents are then processed by SWZMPB and BWZ UW staff
  • at least 5 weeks before the planned mobility date, submit the completed “mobility application form” to the International Relations Office 
  • the University of Warsaw International Relations Centre signs a financial agreement with you and forwards the matter to the University of Warsaw Bursar’s Office
  • you receive the scholarship in the indicated PLN or EUR account
  • you go on the mobility and obtain the signature of the host institution on site
  • upon return, you must settle the mobility with BWZ (it is necessary to have the signed document – point above)
