Dr. Adam Kądziela – Ph.D. in Social Sciences in the field of political science and public administration (2023). Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Sociology and Political Marketing. Graduate of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies—specialization: public engagement. Recipient of scholarships from the following programs: the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s Sur-Place program (2014–2017), the German Academic Exchange Service (2015), and a doctoral scholarship (2018–2021). He is the principal investigator of research projects on the participation of young Poles in elections (2019, 2023).
Research interests
: political attitudes and behaviors of young people, the political culture of young people in Poland, political participation, social psychology, nongovernmental organizations and think tanks in Poland and around the world, social data analysis, and political science research methodology.
