Dr. Beata Samoraj-Charitonow – Ph.D. in Political Science (2008), researcher and instructor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Warsaw, Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (since 2017), graduate of the Institute of Social Policy at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, University of Warsaw; scholarship recipient and student at Freie Universität Berlin (in the Department of Political and Social Sciences) and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (in the Third Faculty of Philosophy, Institute of Social Sciences). Over the past 15 years, she has participated in numerous national and international research projects on issues related to international migration and social security. She is the author of over 40 scholarly publications.

Her research interestsfocus on issues related to social security and population mobility.
