Dr. Filip Urbański – Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of political science and administration (2024); a graduate of international relations within MISH (2015) and Belarusian studies (2018) at the University of Warsaw. Member of the Polish Society for African Studies.

Polish foreign policy, Belarusian foreign policy, Polish-African relations, security of Central and Eastern European states, security of African states, contemporary armed conflicts.
