Dr. Kateryna Gryniuk – Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of sociology (IFiS PAN, 2020). Assistant Professor in the project “Gender Gaps in Political Participation: A Study of the Relationship between Gender Equality and Attitudes towards Gender Roles in Europe, 1999–2021”, funded by the NCN. From 2013–2025, she managed research projects focused on human capital development and mechanisms for matching qualifications in labor markets; she also participated in projects concerning, among others, education, inequality, electoral control, and migration (at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology PAS, the Centre of Migration Research UW, and the Institute of Public Affairs). She has experience in managing international projects funded by, among others, the EU and UN. Author of analyses and expert reports on topics including education, post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, and peacebuilding methodologies. Author and lecturer of the course “Inclusivity in Peacebuilding”.

political participation, social inequalities, gender studies, education, peacebuilding, economic and political sociology, quantitative and qualitative methods.
