Dr Olga Rudnicka, Assistant Professor.

Dr. Olga Rudnicka – A graduate of Political Science (specialization: social policy) at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, University of Warsaw (2011); subsequently, Doctoral Studies in Humanities (at the same institution) in political science (2016), Doctor of Social Sciences in Political Science and Administration (2022); a graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Project Management (2017, SGH); an expert, researcher, and scientific supervisor in national and international projects, and an academic lecturer; since 2023, she has been employed as an assistant professor at the Centre for Social Security Research, University of Warsaw.

She has collaborated with numerous research and educational institutions, as well as public administration.

She specializes in research and analysis of social policy and public policies, social security, labor, and disability policy.

She conducts classes (lectures, seminars, exercises, workshops) in the areas of social security, labor law and social legislation, project management, and social services.

In her free time, she enjoys cross-fit, walking in the forest, and exploring zero-waste cuisine.
