Prof. Jacek Zaleśny, Ph.D. – holder of a habilitation degree in legal sciences in the field of constitutional law (2016), assistant professor. Principal Investigator of the international research project titled: “Constitutional Jurisprudence in Post-Soviet States: Between the Rule of Law Model and Its Local Application” (National Science Center, No. 2016/23/B/HS5/03648) and principal investigator of the research project: “Responsibility as a Category of Constitutional Law” (National Science Center, No. 2018/29/B/HS5/01771). Principal Investigator in the Jean Monnet Chair research program No. 575172 (Erasmus+)“Teaching European Transnational Constitutionalism in the EU and Beyond.” Scientific secretary of the journal *Political Studies*, member of the editorial board of the journal *Правова держава* and the series “International Science Reviews. Social Sciences series,” and a member of the editorial committee for the journals “Review of Constitutional Law” and “Ius Novum.” Member of the Polish Political Science Association and the Polish Society for Constitutional Law. Author of numerous legal opinions. Chair of the Disciplinary Committee for Academic Faculty at the University of Warsaw. He was awarded a medal on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Law Faculty of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University [20th anniversary of the founding of the Faculty of Law at the L. N. Gumilev Eurasian National University], Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
