Dr. Małgorzata Ołdak – Doctor of Humanities in Political Science (2011). Graduate of the Academy of Postgraduate Studies in the evaluation of socio-economic development programs, conducted by the Center for European, Regional, and Local Studies (2009). Research and teaching staff member at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations, University of Warsaw. From 2017 to 2019, she served as deputy director for teaching at the Institute of Social Policy; previously, she was, among other roles, the director of the postgraduate program in social economy management and social policy.
From 2018 to 2019, she led the project “Implementation of a New Model for Training Specialists in Rehabilitation Management—as Part of Comprehensive Rehabilitation in Poland,” and prior to that, a project co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development under the Social Innovation Program titled “The Social Rental Agency as an Instrument of Housing Policy in Poland” (2015–2016). From 2014 to 2015, she served as the substantive coordinator of research conducted as part of the project “A system for strengthening the capacity and competencies of the social cooperative sector and creating a network of cooperation with labor market institutions and social assistance and integration institutions [System for Strengthening the Potential and Competencies of the Social Cooperative Sector and Creating a Network of Cooperation with Labor Market Institutions and Social Assistance and Integration Institutions].”
Co-implementer or expert on numerous projects related to social policy in the broad sense (including: “System of Participatory Management of the Social Economy” (2018–2019), “Implementation of a New Model for Training Specialists in Rehabilitation Management—as Part of Comprehensive Rehabilitation in Poland” (2020), Comprehensive Forms of Social and Vocational Reintegration in the Local Community (2014), STOP Schematom! Joint Actions by Social Welfare and Labor Market Institutions—Pilot Project (2014).
