Research and teaching staff member at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw. Coordinator of research projects in the Balkans within the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from 2016 to 2018; participant in research projects in the Balkans under the FEMCIT program (2007–2008) and the Horizon 2020 MSCA RISE program (2019).

European integration of the Balkan states, national identity in the Balkans, national identity in the process of European integration, political and institutional transformations in the Balkans, electoral processes, electoral violations, ethnic and religious conflicts in the Balkans.
