Dr. Mateusz Krępa – Ph.D. in Security Studies (2025), graduate of the Institute of International Relations at the University of Warsaw (2014) and the Institute of Political Science at the University of Warsaw (2016), Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations. He has worked on the following research projects: “

– “Socio-economic Integration and Psychosocial Support Pathways for Ukrainian Refugees in Italy and Poland,” Migration Research Center Foundation.
Former public administration employee who held positions in Poland, Greece, and Italy, including roles involving direct work with migrants. Member of the research collective “Researchers on the Border.” Co-editor of a special section of the journal *Studia Migracyjne – Przegląd Polonijny* devoted to the discourse on the humanitarian crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border. Since 2021, he has been affiliated with the Center for Migration Research at the University of Warsaw. Editor of the CMR Working Papers series.

The actions of states and their public administrations in the context of international migration and security; the migration system in Poland and the EU; the functioning of public administration in emergency situations; theories in political science and critical security studies; the history of political thought.
