Dr. Michał Nadziak – Ph.D. in Social Sciences, specializing in Political Science and Public Administration (University of Warsaw, 2023). Assistant Professor in the Department of Diplomacy and International Institutions. His research interests include the study of peace and conflict, non-state actors in international relations—with a particular focus on faith-based diplomacy—as well as strategic forecasting and global studies. He has extensive experience in carrying out research and consulting projects funded by national and international sources. He has participated in projects under the “Horizon Europe” program (including READJUST, BOOST4BIOEAST, and IDEALIST) and Erasmus+ (Mind the Missions), as well as in projects commissioned by institutions such as DG RTD, ENISA, and the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. He specializes in forecasting methods, scenario analysis, and the design and facilitation of stakeholder workshops. He combines academic research with expert practice. He is also a co-founder and board member of the Tangram Foundation, whose mission is to help individuals, communities, and organizations understand and respond to complex social, environmental, and economic changes.
