Dr. Olga Rudnicka – Graduate of the political science program (specializing in social policy) at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, University of Warsaw (2011); followed by a Doctoral Program in the Humanities (ibid.) in political science (2016); Ph.D. in social sciences with a focus on political science and public administration (2022); Graduate of the Postgraduate Program in Project Management (2017, Warsaw School of Economics); expert, researcher, and academic advisor on national and international projects; academic lecturer; since 2023, she has held the position of assistant professor at the Center for Social Security Research at the University of Warsaw.
To date, she has collaborated with numerous research and educational institutions, as well as with public administration.
She specializes in research and analysis of social policy and public policy, social security, labor, and disability policy.
She teaches courses (lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops) in the areas of social security, labor law and social legislation, project management, and social services.
