Renata Mieńkowska-Norkiene, Ph.D. –Ph.D. in Political Science (2009), habilitation in Political Science (2018), Assistant Professor, member of the Scientific Committee “Democratization in a Comparative Perspective” of the International Political Science Association (IPSA) since 2018, institutional coordinator of the Erasmus program at the Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw, from 2017 to 2019, project manager from 2010 to 2012: “The Changing Role of the Presidency in the European Union Following the Entry into Force of the Treaty of Lisbon,” funded by the National Science Center; from 2012 to 2013, he served as the project manager for two research commercialization projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of European policy coordination for young researchers, funded by the European Social Fund; recipient of a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding young scientists for the years 2011–2014; from 2016 to 2019, member of the Board of the National Chamber of Mediators of the Republic of Lithuania; since 2015, a member of the Program Council of the International Institute for Civil Society; an expert on the Erasmus+ program at the Foundation for the Development of the Education System; from 2009–2019, she gave speeches in Brussels, Vilnius, Brisbane, Sarajevo, Ostrava, Berlin, and Florence, among other places; she completed internships at the European Commission in Brussels, EURAC in Bolzano, and the Liechtenstein Institute, among others.
