Vadym Zheltovskyy, Ph.D., Professor – Ph.D. and habilitation in political science (2021), associate professor (2025). Since June 2025, head of the Department of European Union Law and Institutions. Since 2022, chair of the Warsaw chapter of the Polish Association for European Studies. Principal investigator of the NCN grant project “Miniatura 6” (The Impact of Political Leadership on the Revision of the European Union’s Eastern Policy in the Context of the War in Ukraine). Expert on the advisory team to the Chair of the European Union Committee of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
Deputy to the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, internship coordinator for the “European Studies” bachelor’s degree program—practical track. Advisor to the “International Institutions” student club. He has presented papers in Philadelphia, Lisbon, Granada, Córdoba, Florence, Thessaloniki, Greifswald, Klaipėda, and Iași, among other places.

Research interests
European integration, the institutional dimension of the EU’s functioning, political leadership, EU–Russia relations, EU institutions and the Eastern Partnership policy, the role of political communication in shaping EU policy.
