Dr. Kamil Matuszczyk – Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of political science and administration (2022), graduate of first and second-cycle studies in social policy. Since 2014, a collaborator and then a researcher at the Centre of Migration Research, University of Warsaw; since 2022, editor of the CMR Working Papers series and head of a research grant funded by IDUB New Ideas 2A (POB V). Recipient of the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for the best students (2015), recipient of the Scholarship Program – Increased Mobility within ZIP UW funds (2018-2020). Head of two research grants funded by the National Science Centre (Preludium 14 and Etiuda 7). He collaborated and visited leading research centers, including the Deutsche Zentrum für Integrations- und Migrationsforschung (DeZIM), University of Duisburg-Essen, Central European University in Budapest, Humboldt University in Berlin, and Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Researcher and principal investigator in several national and international research projects, funded, among others, by the European Commission (EaSI scheme), the National Science Centre (Maestro, Opus, Sonata), the Polish-German Foundation for Science, and the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung. From 2013-2017, an expert and researcher at the CEED Institute think tank (subsequently Kulczyk Research Institute); since 2018, author of publications prepared in cooperation with Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles Program. He presented the results of his research at major international scientific conferences (including American Sociological Association 2022; IMISCOE 2021 and 2022; European Sociological Association 2021, Industrial Relations in Europe Conference 2018-2021, and Social Policy Association 2018).
