The Department of Labor Organization and the Labor Market specializes in research on labor law and labor relations, the labor market and economic migration, and social dialogue. The Department’s experts include researchers specializing in the legal and socio-economic aspects of the functioning of the labor market in Poland and EU countries. Currently, in addition to monitoring the situation in individual and collective labor relations, the department’s staff are focusing their research on the socio-economic aspects of economic migration, the effects of Brexit, and analyses of the social and economic aspects of the Polish labor market. They continuously monitor the labor market situation and legal changes in labor legislation.
