Grażyna Spytek-Bandurska, Ph.D., Habil. – political scientist and lawyer; holder of a habilitation degree in political science (2015), faculty member at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Warsaw; a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science (1997) and the Faculty of Law and Administration (1999) at the University of Warsaw. She specializes in labor law and social legislation; she conducts research on flexible forms of employment, job changes, layoffs, and labor market activation. She is the author of dozens of publications on labor relations, employment, the labor market, and social dialogue. Director of postgraduate studies in labor sciences, social welfare organization, and career counseling (2004–2012). She combines her academic interests with professional practice; expert at the Lewiatan Confederation (2001–2016); member of task forces, including those on labor law and collective bargaining agreements, at the Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs; Member of the Labor Protection Council at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland; participant in meetings of the Supreme Employment Council. Author of numerous articles and commentaries in the press. She conducts courses and training sessions for social partners and collaborates with the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs.
