Tomasz Niedziński, Ph.D., Habil. – a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Warsaw; legal advisor from 2010 to 2017; disciplinary spokesperson for the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors since 2017, member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors, and member of the editorial board of the quarterly journal “Międzynarodowe Prawo Prywatne” (International Private Law). Author of several monographs and over 100 articles.
