Grzegorz Gudzbeler, Ph.D., Professor – Ph.D., researcher at the University of Warsaw, graduate of the National Defense Academy in Warsaw. Former director of the Institute for Research Coordination at the Police Academy in Szczytno. He holds degrees in applied mathematics, computer science, and public administration. Participant in 66 scientific, research, and development projects, as well as national and international project tasks, in the roles of contractor, manager, and coordinator. Speaker and member of scientific and organizational committees at numerous international conferences. End-user in numerous European projects and a member of steering committees for scientific and industrial consortia. Author of over 40 scientific publications and articles in the fields of security, computer simulation, cybercrime, and technical support for crisis response, published in the U.S., China, Hong Kong, and Australia, among other places.
