Recipient of the Science and Higher Education Award for outstanding young scientists (2013); winner of the European Center in Natolin Foundation competition, recipient of the I.J. Paderewski Fellowship for the project “The Impact of Energy Cooperation Among Central European Countries on Regional Energy Security and EU Energy Policy,” carried out at the European University Institute (2012); energy security expert at the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland, Presidential Experts Program (2015); energy security expert within the Energy Security and Climate Policy Program at the Center for Political Analysis of the University of Warsaw (2014). Academic, lecturer, and/or speaker at universities abroad, including in Tampere, Oxford, Copenhagen, Magdeburg, Skopje, Jena, Granada, Madrid, and Barcelona. Participant in international projects funded by, among others, SIPRI and NATO.
