Prof. Natalia Garner , Ph.D. – Doctor of Social Sciences (Ph. D., DPhil Oxon) in sociology (2002), habilitation in social sciences (2014), assistant professor, principal investigator of ERC Starting Grant No. 240830 “Public Goods Through the Eyes of the Private Sector: Exploring Citizens’ Attitudes toward Public Goods and the State in Central-Eastern Europe” (2009–2014), national project leader for “Growing Inequalities’ Impacts” (7th Framework Program, 2010–2013) and PROVIDE : PROVIding smart DElivery of public goods by EU agriculture and forestry (Horizon 2020, 2015–2018), “Valuing Refugee Policy” (2020–2023), and others. Member of the editorial boards of the journals “Electoral Studies” and “European Journal of Political Research.” Expert for the ERC, NCN, and FNP; member of the Committee on Science Policy at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (since 2018).
