Dr. Wioletta Matosek – Ph.D. in Economics with a specialization in Management Sciences (2002, Second-Class Award from the Rector of the University of Gdańsk); faculty member at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw; 1995–2006 – research and teaching staff member at the Department of Economic Informatics at the University of Gdańsk; 2007–2018 – staff member at the National Center for Research and Development; participated in establishing the operational framework for the institution managing R&D projects, as well as in designing and implementing IT solutions to improve the institution’s operational efficiency. Author of publications on databases and the application of information technology in management. She conducted independent research at the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering and the Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering in Lisbon.
